WELCOME STATEMENT

This year the club is pleased to host a one-day Cocker/English Cocker Spaniel Trial in conjunction with our Fall English Springer Spaniel Trial.

We are very pleased to have Don Mock from California and Bob Willis from Oregon as our judges for the Open Stake. Puppy Stake judges are Jeff Janousek and Paula Mazurek both from Washington.

We are looking forward to seeing you in September for a great field trial!!!

DRAWINGS/RUNNING ORDER

Drawings will take place at Huntsecretary.com 8:00 AM ET on 9/20/2022. The Running Order will be electronically randomized and adjusted slightly to accommodate handlers running multiple dogs.

 

SCRATCHES
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.

DIRECTIONS
To Grounds from I5:
In Salem take exit 253.
Head West on Mission St. (Hwy 22).
Continue west through Salem and follow the signs for Hwy 22.
Staying on Hwy 22, cross the Mission St. Bridge and continue West towards the coast.
After about 9.5 miles take exit 16 (99W).
Proceed North on Hwy 99W towards McMinnville for 2.4 miles.
Look for the NWESSC sign and turn right (east) onto Farmer Road.
Drive east .5 mile and turn right (south) at the double flags.
Proceed to the top of the hill to park. Do not park in the shed at the top of the hill as that area will serve as our headquarters. Please do not park off the roads.

To Grounds from Headquarters:
Head south on OR-99W S/Nindels
Continue approximately 15.9 miles
Look for the NWESSC sign and turn left (east) onto Farmer Road.
Drive east .5 mile and turn right (south) at the double flags.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at the time of this event, and any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list of this event and entry form and any decision made in accord with them. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
